Do you know the war called the “Toyota War”? This is another name for the late Chad Civil War, which is a war between Chad government forces and rebels. Both armies used pickup trucks with the big logo “TOYOTA” on them, and as a result, they were called the “Toyota War.”

Hilux strongest legend “Durability to run even if you blow up” The Hilux is said to “double the fighting power” because it is fast, sturdy and can carry heavy weapons. In 2003, the BBC program “Top Gear” in the United Kingdom made a project to prove the durability of this vehicle. A durability test was conducted using a used Hilux (4th generation, 1990 model year) with a mileage of 300,000 km. They struck it against a tree, sunk the car body in the sea for 5 hours, hit an iron ball for demolition of the building, dropped it from a height of 3 meters, made it plunge into a prefabricated hut, dropped a camper from above, burned it on fire. Then, the Hilux was placed on the roof of a high-rise building and the blasting dismantling work was performed.
After that, Hilux, buried in the rubble, again self-propelled to the studio by repairing only with a hammer, wrench, and anticorrosive spray! Everyone knows that they do stupid things though the vehicle was fixed only those tools and drive after.
